About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Success Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Manager to provide strategic ES partnership and support to our Korea & Taiwan organizations. This role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness across both markets.

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

As an ESBP Senior Manager for Korea & Taiwan, you will:

Strategic Advisory & Leadership Partnership

* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance and consultative support on people-related matters, organizational strategy, and workforce planning
* Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people strategies
* Strengthen leadership teams through coaching and development at all levels
* Influence decision-making at all levels through business acumen and people expertise


Talent & Organizational Management

* Lead talent review processes including performance calibration, succession planning, talent assessment, and organizational design initiatives
* Drive development plans for high-potential employees and leadership pipeline
* Partner with recruiting team on hiring strategies and critical role filling
* Conduct organizational health assessments and recommend interventions

Compensation & Employee Experience

* Work closely with C&B team for compensation planning processes including equity, bonus, and merit reviews
* Act as a change-agent to provide world-class customer and employee experience
* Work with ER to address employee relations matters with sensitivity and sound judgment as needed
* Ensure consistent application of policies while adapting to regional requirements


Data-Driven Insights & Collaboration

* Analyze organizational health trends and track key metrics including performance, engagement, attrition, and diversity
* Leverage people analytics to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and present insights to leadership
* Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards) and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and integrated solutions
* Champion Salesforce core values and culture across Korea & Taiwan organizations

Required Qualifications

Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience or equivalent
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Core Competencies

* Strong business acumen with ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes and demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships and building credibility across all levels
* Ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and demonstrated success in talent management, organizational design, and change management

Communication & Influence Skills

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an eloquent and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal, group, process, and influence skills
* Strong presentation skills with ability to present to senior leadership

Technical & Regional Expertise

* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and Google products (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
* Knowledge of local laws which govern employment policies and practices in Korea
* Experience working across multiple countries, navigating cultural differences, and adapting to regional requirements while maintaining global consistency

Leadership & Adaptability

* Experience in leadership development, coaching leaders, and being a trusted advisor to Senior Leader level
* Ability to operate with a high degree of flexibility in complex, matrix environments

Language Requirements

* Fluency in Korean and English required (both written and verbal)
* Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in technology or SaaS industry
* Experience managing complex organizational transformations
* Background in leadership development or executive coaching
* Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
* Experience in promoting DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives within a multicultural or multinational environment
* Experience in supporting Taiwan business
