SOW Admin & CLM Analyst

Job Profile
50% - CLM-SOW System Administrator
- Responsible for bringing in Partners, Public Sector, and other non-standard teams into the CLM SOW processes
- Visionary for how to further integrate and automate CLM with Salesforce instance
- Responsible for the approvals process and continuously optimizing for efficiency
- Partners with IT to administer SOWs in Salesforce instance including configuration and integration
- Own and participate in SOW SOX controls and data governance
- Co-develops data strategy and is responsible for reporting and analytics of Ironclad SOW metrics
30% - CLM-SOW Contracts Administrator
- Owns global SOW/Change Order templates and Translations of each
- Creates new templates and Ironclad workflows
- Manages content control and updates of Scope language line items, with quarterly updates and improvements by partnering with global Practice & Delivery Leads
- Owns the Ironclad SOW process
- Responsible for documentation and enablement
20% - Continuous Improvement and Scalability
- Intakes business requests with business acumen understanding to translate into legal requirements
- Trends most common redlines and customer objections
- Manages stakeholders and synthesizes needs into action (Commercial Legal, Pro-Serv Operations, Global Risk, RevRec, SOX)
- Identifies potential first-draft legal language for Commercial Legal revision (based on reports of real world language modifications)
Direct Job Responsibilities:
- Requests to update the Standard Language Library and own the intake and review process with relevant stakeholders
- Own discussions with the global counterparts for template updates.
- Maintain the Version Control LOG with each release
- Create and submit IT tickets updates to Salesforce instance including configuration, integration and releases.
- Responsible for creating SOX workflow for Legal, RevRec and Operations approvals prior to submitting Co-Development tickets.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with multiple areas of the organization
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior executives
- Outstanding problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions
- Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling Google Doc presentations and presenting to senior leadership
- Ironclad CLM experience preferred
- Work experience in consulting, sales support, or product management is a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience an asset
