As part of a high-performance, fast-paced, and collaborative team, this role encompasses all aspects of running a successful sales organization, including GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation and analysis.
The analyst will play a critical role in the SMB Sales Strategy team. The candidate will identify and report on key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity, using those findings to set the strategic agenda and drive projects for the sales organization, and presenting recommendations to the sales leadership. Projects will include business planning, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement. Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, tactical business initiatives, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives.
The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating innovative analysis, the ability to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers as well as the energy to contribute to projects impacting and transforming the business.

Your Responsibilities & Impact:
Strategy & Execution Partner:
- Support business partners and sales leaders across the SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) businesses. Designing GTM, Drive day-to-day execution including forecasting, pipeline analysis, AE productivity tracking, business reviews and run strategic projects.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Develop dashboards and tools that uncover performance trends and new opportunities. Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance to support operational decisions and identify growth levers.
Leadership Support:
- Partner directly with senior SMB leadership, contributing to the operating rhythm, quarterly reviews, and strategic projects. Provide analytical support and recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
Strategic Decision-Making:
- Prepare data-driven insights, analysis, and presentations that guide business strategy. Support or lead ad-hoc initiatives that have high visibility and impact across the SMB l Clouds organization.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Assist in defining and operationalizing go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modeling, and coverage design. Ensure execution excellence across planning and performance cycles.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes. Implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data quality across reporting and analytics.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or strategy — ideally in a SaaS, consulting, finance or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and comfort in a high-paced environment.
- Can work from our Dublin office at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Tableau or similar analytical tools, and SQL is are nice plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capable of quickly connecting business requirements to functional application capabilities and assessing the relevance of different product technologies to business problems. Able to learn new applications and technologies efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a resourceful work style and a strong work ethic.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and business acumen, comfortable interacting with senior management regularly.
