What You’ll Do
The Early Solution Engineering program is divided in two different phases, in each one you’ll be provided with the knowledge and information you will need to become in a successful Solution Engineer.
During the first half of the program, you’ll be working in the Q Branch team. Here you’ll be able to learn and put hands on the Demo Engineer role and develop technical skills; your work will have a significant impact on our Solution Engineering success by designing and implementing creative demo solutions for our customers across Latin America.
The second half of the program is about sharpening your selling and consulting skills, working hand by the hand with the best Solution Engineers (pre-sales consultants) of the region to finally be fully prepared with all that you will need to be an SE - as we call them - .
You will be working side by side with your Q Branch Demo Engineers fellows and with a variety of Solution Engineers (pre-sales consultants) across Latin America to:
Create innovative, creative and intelligent solutions by developing in the Salesforce platform.
Design and build solutions using Salesforce solutions, both in declarative and programmatic manners.
Develop demonstration preparation skills and presentation skills.
Develop and execute strategic projects that will help the Solution Engineering team in the long term.
Provide support to the Solution Engineering team building demonstrations, prototypes, RFPs and other related activities.
During the 2nd half of the program you’ll be able to participate in customer meetings and doing presentations as well as be part of Account planning processes.
As an intern you will be assigned with a Trailguide, a peer that will help with your onboarding, so fear not!

Need to have
English fluency: strong language skills (spoken and written due preparation material and certification exams are in English).
Proactivity, initiative and sense of curiosity.

Nice to have
Knowledge of Java, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS and other web technologies is an advantage;
Previous Salesforce knowledge or Salesforce Certifications
Experience in UX or UI design.
