About the Role
We're seeking a (Senior) Marketing Analyst to drive Slack Invoice Marketing program delivery across Slack's highest priority EMEA Operating Units (OUs). This role is critical to supporting our aggressive growth plans for Slack in the EMEA region and ensuring Slack's invoice growth goals are met through seamless integration into Salesforce's customer events, demand generation assets and sales enablement programs.
You'll be the strategic bridge between Slack and Salesforce's Global Field Marketing teams, ensuring Slack is prominently featured in World Tours, Innovation Days, TDX events, and Industry Cloud Summits while managing demand generation operations across key EMEA markets and helping Sellers drive Slack sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Program Integration & Management (40%)
* Manage Slack's integration into Salesforce's owned customer events including World Tours, Innovation Days, Industry Cloud Summits and other priority events across EMEA
* Partner with Salesforce Global Field Marketing teams to embed Slack into customer acquisition and expansion programs
* Ensure Slack demand generation campaign content is identified, developed, and delivered for priority EMEA OUs
* Coordinate pipeline-driving webinar and email marketing operations across target OUs
* Support executive engagement programs and customer experience initiatives


-Demand Generation & Lead Management (25%)
* Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline
* Manage lead scoring, routing, and conversion optimization processes
* Collaborate with Sales Development teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up
* Track and optimize campaign performance across all demand generation channels
* Develop and maintain marketing qualified lead (MQL) generation programs

-Analytics & Performance Reporting (20%)
Partner with Slack Marketing and the Slack GTM CoE to provide timely reporting of plans, performance, and learnings
* Build and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau and other business intelligence tools
* Track program outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
* Analyze lead responses and conversions to optimize program performance
* Report on pipeline contribution and ROI metrics

-Cross-functional Partnership & Sales Enablement (15%)
* Build trusted relationships with Global Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams
* Serve as primary point of contact for EMEA OU marketing program integration and collaboration
* Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and resources for EMEA markets
* Coordinate across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups to ensure program success
* Support sales team adoption through training sessions and performance tracking


What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills
* 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or similar GTM role in tech/SaaS environment
* Demonstrated success in program management and cross-functional collaboration
* Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation programs
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets

* Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)


Technical Proficiency
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
* Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
* Understanding of campaign management, lead tracking systems, and webinar technologies
* Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools and strategies

Core Competencies
* Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
* Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively across teams
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Experience working across multiple time zones and cultural contexts within EMEA

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
* Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and products
* Experience with EMEA market dynamics and business practices
* Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer personas
* Experience supporting executive-level customer engagements

Location, Reporting & Travel Requirements
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and reports to the Vice President of Slack Global Invoice Growth Marketing. This role requires an estimated 25% travel within EMEA markets to support Slack's growth initiatives, attend strategic events, and collaborate with regional teams. This includes onsite participation in select World Tours, Innovation Days, Industry Cloud Summits, and other key events across Slack's priority EMEA OUs.
