What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning: Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Sales Program planning, helping define the "plays" that drive our market success.
Data Storytelling: Build sophisticated reports and dashboards to track program results, translating raw data into actionable information for Sales leadership.
Sales Operations: Support the end-to-end sales cycle by building target lists, managing data uploads, and streamlining campaign creation.
Market Intelligence: Provide monetization and data science support, identifying trends that help our teams sell smarter and more effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving improvements in our coverage model through scalable analytics.
Executive Visibility: Assist in developing presentations for senior executives, helping inform the decisions that shape our regional strategy.
Required Qualifications
Education & Eligibility
University Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a Madrid-based University, with an expected graduation year of 2027 (No exceptions).
Internship Agreement: Ability to sign a University Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with your school for the full 12-month duration.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required (both oral and written).

Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, or SQL is a major advantage.

Academic Background: Pursuing a degree in an analytical discipline (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Big Data).
Strategic Thinking: Experience in project management or a systematic approach to demand generation.
Networking Skills: Ability to build relationships across the company and manage cross-functional virtual teams.
Internship Details & Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Morning or Afternoon slots available to fit your studies).
