Role Overview

As an Alliance Solutions Engineer, you will support the growth of our partner ecosystem in Korea and facilitate solution knowledge exchange with our counterparts. You will be responsible for creating accessible educational content, guiding partners through Salesforce basics, and ensuring regional SE teams stay connected on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Content & Program Development

  • Content Creation: Develop and adapt diverse training materials focused on Salesforce solutions, security protocols, and platform architecture.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the annual training strategy, ensuring the curriculum incorporates the latest solution updates and adheres to industry best practices.

  • Technical Training Delivery (In-person & Virtual): Conduct comprehensive, practical training sessions, ranging from foundational to advanced levels, to enhance partner technical proficiency.

  • Asset Management: Systematically organize and maintain all educational resources, including session recordings, demonstration scripts, and localized success stories.

2. Partner Engagement & Support

  • Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, addressing inquiries related to Salesforce and its features.

  • Quality Assurance Workshops: Facilitate Partner Quality Assurance workshops to diagnose partner challenges and provide pragmatic, experience-based recommendations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal Specialist Solution Engineers (SEs) and Account Solution Engineers (SEs) to resolve partner-related issues and monitor project health.

  • Knowledge Exchange: Interface with Solution Engineering teams across Korea and Japan to exchange critical insights, such as industry-specific system designs and successful client implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Approximately 4–5 years of experience in IT or solution consulting. (Prior Salesforce experience is beneficial, though not mandatory.)

  • Technical Acumen: A robust understanding of CRM solutions and a proactive interest in emerging areas such as AI, Security, Platform technology, and Cloud project methodologies.

Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating professional presentations; proficiency in English or Japanese is advantageous for regional team engagement.
