We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic RSD/RVP to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Banking accounts. As a first-line manager, you will play a meaningful role in driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM sales initiatives within the Banking vertical, as part of our growing European sales operation in Germany.
It’s a key role, leading a highly visible and motivated team that generates revenue and achieves individual, team, and organisational quotas. You’ll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives.
Your Impact:
Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
Growing the AOV in Banking by balancing growth with existing customers and winning new logos
Driving Transformational Projects with Key Accounts while building a proper Run-Rate Business
Conducting detailed and accurate sales forecast on a weekly basis
Development of a winning team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring and training
Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading client meetings and engaging in other corporate events
Coach and develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.
Consistently monitoring and improving the sales activities of the team
Work cross-functionally with all sales teams (Business Development, Solution Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Success, Alliances & Channels, Specialties, etc)
Basic Requirements:
Software Sales: Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience, preferably SaaS Platform.
New Business: Deep knowledge of how to win new accounts
Leadership: Consistent track record to create and develop high performing sales teams
C-Level Readiness: Ability to build relationships and generate compelling C-Level PoVs together with the team
Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of what we do at Salesforce do
Industry Expertise: Strong experience in Financial Services industry, preferably Banking
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Language: Proficiency in German and English.
