About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.
This Role
Do you have a passion for storytelling and the hustle of an entrepreneur? We are looking for a versatile, creative, and high-energy Product Marketing Manager to join the Sales Cloud team.
Our mission is to drive awareness, pipeline, and sales for two of Sales Cloud’s most exciting growth areas: Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Partner Cloud. In this unique, full-stack marketing role, you’ll work in a tight-knit pod across Marketing, Product Management, and a dedicated specialist Sales team — operating together like a small, agile business within Salesforce.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a well-rounded marketer who can comfortably balance the strategic and the tactical aspects of our business. Your responsibilities fall into four key pillars:
The Foundation (Narrative & Messaging): Develop and refine core messaging, value props, and competitive positioning. You’ll translate complex capabilities into simple, powerful stories, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — from web pages and event breakout sessions to solution briefs.
The Engine (GTM & Sales Acceleration): Support launches and deal cycles. You’ll create high-impact sales materials (including customer-facing decks, demos, and playbooks) and manage the logistics of hands-on workshops and field events that move the needle for our specialist sales team.
The Proof (Customer Stories): Own the customer story pipeline. Identify happy customers, conduct interviews, and turn them into compelling case studies, slides, and videos that prove our value internally and externally.
The Awareness (Content & Thought Leadership): Build our market voice by developing and executing a content strategy. You'll ghost-write blogs for executives, develop punchy, high-engagement content for LinkedIn, and more, creating a steady drumbeat to establish our leadership in the space.
What We’re Looking For:
PMM know-how: 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related GTM role within B2B SaaS.
Expert communication: You are an exceptional writer and storyteller – and you’re comfortable pivoting from a high-level thought leadership blog to a detailed product "how-to" guide in the same afternoon.
Project orchestration: You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams across different product lines while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Builder’s mentality: You thrive in "white space" and enjoy the autonomy of a small, scrappy team. If you see a gap in a sales deck or a broken process, you don't wait for permission — you proactively take action.
Preferred Skills:
Domain knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, the sales operations space (e.g. sales planning, incentive management) and/or the partner management space.
Creative flair: A strong eye for visual storytelling and slide design. Google Slides wizardry a plus.
Content strategy: Experience building a brand or executive’s presence through modern content channels and social platforms.
AI curiosity: Eagerness to use AI tools to scale content production and enhance marketing deliverables.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
