About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Join the Internal Audit team at Salesforce! We are the company’s "truth-tellers" and strategic advisors. Our goal is to provide the Board and our leaders trusted insights that help them make company decisions on how to best protect and propel Salesforce as a lean, agentic enterprise.
As a Senior Director, you have a big role. Your primary mission is to pioneer continuous risk intelligence for the agentic AI era. Your job is to understand how our technology and products work and identify risks that could prevent Salesforce from achieving its strategic and operational objectives. You deliver these insights to our business partners through AI-powered assurance over the most important risks, strategic advisory on key initiatives, and continuous monitoring. You accomplish this by leading, inspiring, and continuing to build a high performing team; collaborating with and voraciously learning from internal and external peers, stakeholders, and experts; and reimagining auditing using Salesforce’s platform and agentic AI tools, including eGRC, our audit management solution. You will work in a hybrid model in the Atlanta, Dallas or Indianapolis office three days a week.
Join us on an exciting journey to define the future of auditing and continuous risk intelligence at Salesforce and for the profession!
Responsibilities
Define Strategy: You will define and execute the internal audit strategy for technology and product domains, aligned with enterprise risk priorities. You will present audit results, risk insights, and thematic trends to senior leadership.
Be an AI Expert: You will be an expert in the business and technology process areas you oversee. You will direct audits of our most advanced AI and agentic technology to ensure it is ethical, safe, and compliant with global AI regulations. Your forward-looking audit plan will address the complex risks of the human-agent hybrid model.
Advise Leaders: Through your expertise, you will build deep relationships with business partners to achieve your objectives and earn a seat at the table. You will give real-time advice to these leaders so they can make more informed risk decisions.
Drive Continuous Risk Intelligence: You will embed Continuous Risk Intelligence (CRI) into your audit plan, moving beyond point-in-time reviews to real-time continuous monitoring for high-risk processes and strategic initiatives.
Achieve Excellence: You will make sure your audit projects are high-quality, finish on time, and truly help the business.
Build a Great Team: You will lead and grow a team of tech experts, teaching them how to audit the future of software, and fostering a culture of industry thought leadership through external participation. You will collaborate across the Internal Audit organization to set consistent standards and expectations with your peers and to deliver initiatives that help us continuously improve.
Impact: You will help Salesforce stay the most trusted software company in the world. You will monitor remediation of audit findings and assess sustainability of corrective actions. You’ll become an expert in how a giant tech company runs from the inside out.
