Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Named Account Executive – Med Tech / Manu – Sweden

Salesforce is looking for a high-performing and experienced Named Account Executive to join our EBU Sales team in Sweden, with a dedicated focus on the Medical Technology / Manu sector. In this role, you’ll partner with some of Sweden’s most largest Medical manufacturers to support their digital transformation journey and drive innovation through the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

This industry offers some profound opportunities – from AI-driven tools, robotics, integrated hospital tech and home care devices, to evolving consumer needs and expectations. At Salesforce, we’re uniquely positioned to help our customers stay ahead of these trends by connecting systems, data, and customer experiences across every touchpoint. As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this dynamic and strategically important sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of named automotive accounts in Sweden.

  • Build and execute a territory plan focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Digital, and the C-Suite.

  • Align Salesforce’s capabilities with the strategic goals of each customer, delivering clear ROI and business outcomes.

  • Lead the full sales cycle – from early engagement and qualification through to close – in collaboration with Solution Engineering, Industry Strategy, Marketing, Partner Alliances, and Professional Services.

  • Work closely with the wider Sales teams to share best practices and co-create industry-relevant solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years of experience managing and closing large, complex deals.

  • Deep understanding of the Swedish Med Tech sector.

  • Experience navigating complex organizations and building strong relationships at all levels, especially within executive leadership.

  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Willingness to travel across Sweden to meet with customers and attend key industry events.

If you’re passionate about shaping the future of the automotive industry in Sweden and thrive on building strategic, long-term customer partnerships – we’d love to hear from you.
