Our goal is to build an organization of intelligent, ambitious Account Executives committed to our vision of changing the software landscape. With 95% customer satisfaction and a best-in-class CRM platform that reps love to use, we offer a powerful combination for sales success in the Korean market.

The Role
You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a set of strategic accounts within the Construction, Logistics, and Service sectors in Korea. Your portfolio will be a blend of high-potential prospects and existing clients with significant expansion opportunities. You must be an expert in navigating complex stakeholder environments and creating satisfied, referenceable customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into new logo accounts and expanding footprint within existing strategic accounts.

  • Vertical Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy specifically for the Construction, Logistics, and Service sectors.

  • Pipeline Excellence: Drive pipeline development through a combination of targeted marketing events, partner collaboration, and proactive lead generation in tandem with the inside sales team.

  • Value-Based Selling: Engage with C-suite executives to position Salesforce through strategic value-based selling, developing robust business cases, ROI analyses, and leveraging industry-specific references.

  • Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end sales process by mobilizing cross-functional resources, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Regional Partners.

  • Forecasting: Maintain high levels of predictability through accurate monthly forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record of selling into the Construction, Logistics, or Service industries in Korea.

  • Application Sales Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience specifically in Business Application sales (SaaS, ERP, CRM, HCM, or related enterprise software).

  • Performance History: A verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in both Korean and English.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or "cloud-first" initiatives for major Korean conglomerates (Chaebols).

  • Network: An established network of C-level contacts within the Construction and Logistics ecosystems.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of how Cloud, AI, and Data integration solve specific operational pain points within the service and supply chain sectors.

What We Offer

  • A fiercely loyal customer base and a "change the world" mentality.

  • A highly competitive compensation plan with tremendous upside earnings potential.

  • The opportunity to excel in a performance-based, collaborative team atmosphere.
