About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About this Role
We are hiring a UX Designer to join our MuleSoft UX team with a focus on designing innovative development experiences. MuleSoft is a market leader in Integration and API Management as a standalone, rapidly-growing business and as an engine fueling Salesforce’s platform. MuleSoft’s recently made an innovative push into the Agent discovery, management, governance, and observability space with the successful launch of MuleSoft Agent Fabric. At the core of everything MuleSoft is building is the developer and their ability to design, build, deploy, and manage their assets. This role will focus on designing innovative development experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a Design Thinking toolkit, a passion for design craft, solid visual design skills, experience leveraging AI tools, and a growth mindset. You’ll be partnering with senior members of our talented UX team that will help you see the big picture, build connections across products and teams, craft great experiences, and launch your design career!

About Salesforce UX
As a member of Salesforce UX, you’ll have the opportunity to work on MuleSoft’s rapidly evolving next-generation development experiences while participating in and learning from a massive network of designers across all of Salesforce. You’ll collaborate on new design patterns and with cross-disciplinary teams to bring you and your team’s ideas to life. This is an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems, design with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for all users and customers.

You’ll support the team in crafting and articulating the near-term experiences your team is looking to build for our users. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, including using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction.

At Salesforce, our UX teams aspire to make products people love – tools that make a salesperson’s day more productive, a marketer’s campaign more powerful, and a developer’s app more feature-rich. Behind each product is a team of talented UX designers and engineers, driven by the power of design to build integrated and ethical experiences that support strong relationships for our users and their customers. Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done.
