Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role
As a Business Operations Senior Manager within the Trust and Infrastructure Engineering organization, you will be the operational engine that keeps our global engineering staff organized and moving forward. This role reports to the COO of Infrastructure and is a critical, central link in fostering the success and cohesion of our global engineering staff. You will be responsible for the "System of Record" for our engineering efforts, ensuring our headcount and resource allocation are precise, audited, and actionable.
This is a high-visibility, tactical role that requires a "get-it-done" attitude. You aren’t just overseeing processes; you are digging into the data, auditing records in GUS, and ensuring our operations reflect the reality of our engineering output. We are looking for an action-oriented leader and proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for the answer—they go find it.
Key Responsibilities
1. GUS System Ownership & Engineering Data Integrity
Serve as the literal owner for GUS (Grand Unified System) for the Trust and Infrastructure Org.
Execute the initial "tidy up" and maintain a rolling cadence of hygiene for all engineering records.
Audit and ensure correct job families, resource allocation, and necessary attachments for every release.
Partner with Scrum teams to ensure work items are tracked accurately against organizational goals.
2. Full-Cycle Headcount Management
Own the monitoring and tracking of all open headcount within the larger Org.
Drive accountability by ensuring hiring managers are immediately actioning open roles with a focus on both quality and speed.
Collaborate with Finance and Recruiting to align headcount with business priorities and global location strategies.
3. Tactical Program Management & Process Refinement
Lead diverse operational tasks and global projects focused on optimizing engineering processes and tool adoption.
Act as a "utility player" for the Org—willing to dig in, learn new systems, and figure out solutions to complex process blockers.
Help streamline reporting and communications for "all things people," ensuring a transparent flow of information across the team.
4. Operational Cadence & Executive Support
Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for Leadership Meetings, All-Hands, and Offsites.
Review and analyze non-technical data (recruiting stats, budget variances, location strategy) to provide execution plans for leadership.
About You
The "Figure-It-Out" Mentality: You don't wait for a manual. You are agile, eager to dive into diverse challenges, and comfortable navigating technical ambiguity.
Relationship Builder: You forge strong connections across technical and non-technical teams to get things done.
Detail-Oriented Operator: You find satisfaction in data accuracy. You understand that "small" details in GUS drive big decisions in the executive suite.
Service-Minded: You instinctively prioritize the needs of internal stakeholders, delivering solutions that enhance developer productivity and leadership clarity.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Enablement, or Business Operations.
PMP Certification and a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Deep experience with Salesforce internal tools (GUS) and a history of managing complex "Systems of Record."
Proven track record in "Legacy to Modern" transitions: Experience coordinating teams to replace outdated tools or refine messy processes.
Human Resources & Analytical Background: Prior experience with HR analytics, headcount tracking, or bonus/contract compliance is a major plus.
Exceptional Communication: Ability to translate intricate operational concepts for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leadership.
Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience in a high-growth SaaS environment).
