We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Sales Leader to manage a team of Account Executives covering the CEE (Central Eastern and Eastern Europe) region across Small Business customers, based from our EMEA Sales hub in Dublin, Ireland. The appointed leader will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organisational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while providing definition and implementation to help Account Executives generate pipeline and driving transformational projects with our customers and prospects!

Responsibilities:

  • Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings. Engage other corporate resources as required

  • Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives on the sales process

  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure

  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

  • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results

  • Drive an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment cultivated with mentoring and feedback

  • Possess an analytical and data-driven approach to your business with a strong sense of leadership and motivating teams


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Software/Technology sales experience in an individual contributor and management role.

  • Sales management experience ideal, alternatively proven track of Sales Leadership development activities aligned with Salesforce Talent Development plans

  • Proven record of exceeding quota and generating pipeline

  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment

  • Excellent presentation and listening skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment

  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives

  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce sales solutions and sales methodology

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Fluency in Polish, Russian, Czech or Ukranian language(s) and English are essential requirements for this role
