The ES Data Ops and Integrations Team is seeking a detail oriented, Workday-savvy Employee Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee data processes within Workday HCM, Mass Load processing (EIB - Enterprise Interface Builder), and ensuring data integrity and compliance. You’ll also be responsible for employee data quality control efforts and contribute to projects, playing a vital part in maintaining seamless and accurate HR data operations.
Responsibilities:
Recommend enhancements to the Workday system to improve efficiency and user experience.
Identify solutions to support evolving business priorities and centralize testing of all configuration changes.
Assist in end-to-end UAT for Workday updates, ensuring security access, business processes, and EIB mass loads function as expected.
Support testing and configuration of new projects, enhancements, and system integrations.
Maintain documentation for new business processes, including updating existing documentation based on enhancement made to existing processes and tools
Investigate and resolve issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Stay updated on Workday releases and challenge existing decisions to optimize Workday functionality for a global organization.
Serve as process SME, ensuring data integrity, global standardization of key processes, and analyzing Workday transactions.
Contribute to multiple projects as the process SME.
Create, maintain and support a variety of standard and custom reports to provide business insight into HR data in line with the reporting/ governance model.
Analyze data audits to identify and implement improvements in data quality.
Assist in the training and on-boarding of new team members.
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday required).
Expertise in Workday HCM module and EIB processing.
Strong understanding of HR data, its usage, audits, and quality control measures.
Proficiency in HR processes, policies, and programs.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, working with large datasets and advanced formulas.
Strong problem-solving skills—able to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with comfort in presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Commitment to confidentiality and ability to handle highly sensitive data with integrity.
