About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Are you an analytically-minded Creative Strategist passionate about transforming complex business needs into compelling, high-impact stories? We are seeking the essential link between strategy and creative execution.

Our team operates like an in-house creative agency. You will serve as the connection between stakeholders and impactful creative output, translating high-level objectives into clear strategic briefs that ensure all content is perfectly aligned with our audience and overarching business goals. From defining core problems and identifying creative opportunities to developing comprehensive content plans, you’ll create a wide variety of strategies that support and enhance the Salesforce customer content experience.

We’re looking for someone who has experience working with creative teams, defining the core business problem, framing the strategic narrative, and bringing clarity and focus to the work. If you dream in strategic frameworks that inspire action, and thrive on collaborating to turn complex insights into the perfect story, let’s talk!

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Concept & Framing: Clearly identify the creative needs within a project and articulate precise business and audience goals. You will collaborate to structure a narrative and effectively frame the "strategic story."

  • Audience & Insight Focus: Lead in-depth discussions around intended audience, message hierarchy, and business goals. Use audience segmentation and insight analysis to ensure content is targeted and impactful.

  • Creative Briefing & Alignment: Transform abstract goals and research into a clear, actionable, and inspiring creative brief that guides the Creative team. You will support project kickoffs by aligning the entire Creative team on the audience, intent, tone, and final content objective.

  • Strategy Governance: Shape the content strategy that guides the creative process. Determine when a broader content strategy across content modalities and channels is required. Align the approach with key partners.

  • Review & Optimization: Proactively review developing content to ensure it remains aligned with the established strategy. Advocate for the strategy and ensure adherence to the brief throughout the content development lifecycle.

  • Metric Analysis: Analyze content metrics and audience engagement data to generate actionable, data-driven insights. Apply these learnings to refine and evolve future content strategy, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Cross-functional Partnership: Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop creative assets that are engaging, impactful, and drive business value. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.

  • Strategic Program Design & Scaling: Contribute to developing the core strategic operating model for the Creative Strategy function by helping build foundational programs.
