This is an office-flexible role. In-office expectations are 10 days a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for an execution-driven experienced Product Manager Sr Manager who is a domain expert on Quote-to-Cash processes and is excited to drive innovation for Salesforce's Revenue platform and lead strategic initiatives to drive transformation across the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
This candidate is expected to have deep Salesforce expertise (Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Revenue Cloud) to lead the delivery of product selling, omni-channel/channel ordering, consumption management, contract/order management, and Salesforce on Salesforce revenue-related initiatives.
You will act as the liaison with our partners and the development team, guiding the product development process, defining the product vision, and running the product backlog. You will be responsible for improving the value of the product and ensuring that the team delivers features that meet customer needs and expectations. As an individual, you will perform as an Contracts, Order, Asset and Renewals Management domain SME and a trusted business advisor with a 360 view of the business, build and maintain deep partner connections and act with bias for execution!

Your Impact - Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define the product strategy and roadmap based on Business Vision/Objectives & critical metrics, and business feedback. Drive strategic direction for quote-to-cash and provisioning systems, optimizing for usability, trust and business value.
Develop and communicate the product vision to the development team and partners.
Define and own the roadmap and its delivery incorporating projects, features, and other key initiatives
Backlog Management:
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and goals.
Define user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between Stakeholders, Product Manager, and the development team.
Capture and analyze feedback from partners to make informed product decisions.
Navigate sophisticated situations involving multiple parties, rapidly assessing context and driving the right resources to resolution.
Team Collaboration:
Develop plan, risks, dependencies and asks, and gain alignment for Quarterly PI Planning
Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure a clear understanding of backlog items.
Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, uphold scrum principles, and collaborate with the team to deliver iterative, high-quality outcomes.
Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
Co-ordinate work across several cross functional teams in ways that optimize customer value and team health that results in a positive impact on the customer experience as evidenced by quantitative or qualitative metrics (customer data and insights, market research, and business priorities)
Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, SOX, and Engineering teams to deliver on business outcomes. Manage delivery expectations and drive multi-tier communication cadence with stakeholders.
Product Delivery and Quality:
Develop PRDs, create and refine a backlog of well-formed stories for implementation by the scrum team(s) involved in delivery, and manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule
Define product and business capability KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress.
Develop prototypes and process flows that will aid functional conversations with business and program stakeholders to optimize scoping and feedback prior to design.
Ensure that the delivered product increments meet the acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Make decisions on the priority of features and ensure their timely delivery.
Leverage data analysis to quantify impact, inform strategic decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Oversee building of prototypes and MVP products, measuring successful delivery to our customers and being accountable for key metrics and targets.
Analyze and optimize the product based on feedback and key performance indicators.
Identify policy and process gaps, and streamline current and future workflows with a focus on automation.
Identify areas for improvement in the development process and the product itself.
Practice Leader:
Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for improvements in Product Management processes and work with leadership to address them.
Lead by example by leveraging AI tools in day-to-day PM processes.
Communication:
Work with Senior Executive stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver multi-faceted capabilities; assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive scalable technology solutions
Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
Salesforce Platform Savvy:
Demonstrate hands-on expertise on Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud , Data cloud and Agentforce) to provide innovative solutions in Q2C domain
Analyze and optimize Q2C architecture and solution recommendations
Be demo-ready; develop easily consumable demos as mini-recordings and continue to update with latest functionality
Minimum Qualifications:
6-8 years of product management experience, with deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud)
Proven understanding of CPQ and quote-to-cash architectures
Strong experience building quote-to-cash automation solutions (Quoting, Orders, Provisioning)
Clear, compelling communicator with experience in executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence
Experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework and Agile methodologies in enterprise product development
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal
Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities across global and virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Product mindset, product management, and first principles thinking skills
Experience with using AI tools effectively to accelerate Product Management responsibilities
Agile/scrum certifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, Service Cloud Certification, Slack Admin Certification
Knowledge in Agentforce, Salesforce architecture components, principles, procedures and practices
