Department Description:
The goal of the Alliance team is to pursue partner success. To this end, the Alliance team needs to understand who the partners are and how the partners grow in conjunction with Salesforce. As Marc Benioff, the CEO and founder of Salesforce always emphasizes, we cannot achieve any success in the market, without the success of partners. In that context, the Alliance team is one of the most pivotal teams from the Salesforce growth and success perspectives. To achieve the goals, the alliance team is providing diverse partners with the global programs and enablement opportunities. Besides, we design the local program for each partner and put them into practice in an effective manner. In addition, many proud contributions to Salesforce growth can be generated through ;
1. Drive partners to get equipped with Industry-wide asset / Strength (Capability Biz specialty)
2. Encourage partners to focus on Maximizing partner sourced-pipeline generation coming from partners’ marketing activities and co-marketing with Salesforce
3. Provide timely guides to improve Project Quality directly linked to Customer Success
4. Develop and discuss Existing customer care strategy with partners
5. Drive partners to develop their own strategies by solutions and industries
6. Closely facilitate to get aligned with partners & sales teams
7. Proactively develop programs to improve partners’ competencies
Role Description:
We are looking for talented people helping us to accelerate partner growth. As a key role of Alliance administrator, you will be driving partners to improve their competencies by encouraging partners to have plans for improvement areas and to acquire necessary credentials as planned. Besides, you will be distributing partner enablement courses over the partners according to the planned schedule, collecting the feedback from the attendees and sharing the result of each course to the team as well. You should get aligned with the Japan Alliance enablement team so that you can develop customized enablement for Korea partners in line with the market requirements. For your better understanding, you can refer to below detailed tasks.
1. Partner Enablement planning and Operations
Develop plans for partners enablement journey in collaboration with the alliance SE
Develop enablement strategy based on partners’ competency evaluation with the Partner Account Managers.
Assist in designing, planning, and executing partner enablement sessions, including webinars, workshops, and training programs.
Coordinate logistics including both ZOOM and offline sessions, prepare materials, and support communication with partners.
Monitor session participation and gather feedback to continuously improve enablement activities.
Create and manage the contents on Partner Learning Camp
Have a regular communication with Japan enablement team to co-work with them and get an appropriate support
2. Partner Enablement Reporting & Analysis
Track, report, and analyze enablement results, including attendance, engagement, and performance metrics.
Generate insights to help improve session effectiveness and partner readiness.
Support the creation of dashboards or summary reports for internal stakeholders.
3. Partner Capacity & Certification Management
Maintain the partner certification pipeline and capacity status.
Oversee in ensuring partners have the necessary resources and opportunities to complete required certifications.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support regular updates to leadership.
4. Certification Voucher Campaign Support
Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of certification voucher campaigns aimed at improving partner competencies
Assist with campaign communications, tracking voucher usage, and evaluating campaign performance.
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communications/ leadership experience
BA preferred than IT ( The major at the college does not matter but good grade should be proved)
Ability to understand IT related trends would be admirable
Well balanced on agility and flawless execution
Familiar with work environment like Mac, Google office software, Slack and IT tools
Advanced English skill Preferred for better understanding when communicating with the global team.(Bilingualism for English and Japanese would be the best)
High level of Interest in partner ecosystems, training programs, and data-driven decision making.
Active attitude in meeting partners and internal stakeholders
