Role Overview
The Workplace Services Supervisor plays a key role in creating and maintaining exceptional employee experiences mainly focusing on Salesforce’s offices in Riyadh and Dubai. This position oversees day-to-day operations of workplace services, vendor management, facilities maintenance, space planning, and employee support. The role ensures a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment that reflects Salesforce’s values and fosters collaboration and well-being. This role reports directly into our the Regional Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Operations: Supervise daily operations of Riyadh and Dubai, including reception, mailroom, catering, office supplies, and meeting room management.
Vendor & Service Management: Manage and evaluate workplace vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc.) to ensure consistent quality and cost-effectiveness for Riyadh and Dubai.
Space & Facilities Management: Partner with global teams on space utilization, moves/adds/changes, and workplace design initiatives aligned with the Salesforce brand.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health and safety standards, and Salesforce policies for Riyadh and Dubai.
Employee Experience: Act as the on-site ambassador of Salesforce’s culture, delivering high-touch service and supporting employee engagement events and activities.
Budget & Procurement: Support budgeting and procurement processes, tracking operational expenses and ensuring alignment with financial targets for Riyadh and Dubai.
Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA Workplace Services and provide administrative support as needed.
Sustainability & Innovation: Support Salesforce’s sustainability goals by driving eco-friendly workplace initiatives and leveraging technology to improve operations.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities, or operations management, preferably within a multinational or tech environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and vendor relationships across different countries.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and local compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating outstanding employee experiences.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Willingness to travel occasionally between Riyadh and Dubai.
