The Workplace Events Supervisor will work closely with the Workplace Programs Manager, LATAM and the Associate Manager, Hospitality & Events, LATAM for operational alignment and build-on relationship with the Senior Leadership, Employee Success, Internal Communications, and Vendor Teams to execute seamless, strategic, and memorable experiences for employees, customers, and distinguished guests.
This role requires a high-energy, highly organized operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about elevating event quality, hospitality, and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Event & Hospitality Operations: Ensure operational excellence across all meeting and event formats—customer meetings, executive receptions, nonprofit events, town halls, and employee events—while owning end-to-end logistics, including pre-planning, onsite execution, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and post-event wrap-up. This role also acts as a key stakeholder for G-Cal event space scheduling and calendar governance, maintaining exceptional guest experience standards fully aligned with Salesforce’s brand and service expectations.
* Innovation & Brand Alignment: Continuously researches and proposes innovative event formats, cultural experiences, entertainment options, and creative enhancements while ensuring all materials, messaging, and onsite experiences remain fully aligned with Salesforce’s brand identity and product positioning. Contributes to the ongoing development of localized playbooks, SOPs, templates, and operational frameworks to align with standards across LATAM.
* Vendor & Partner Management: Co-manage vendor relationships—including event agencies, production teams, caterers, decorators, and AV partners—while negotiating pricing and service terms to ensure both cost optimization and high-quality delivery. Oversees nonprofit event partnerships, collaborating with external foundations and community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and meaningful impact.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with the remainder of the Workplace Services, Employee Success, Internal Communications, Marketing and diverse stakeholders to support events — mainly in Mexico City — but also contributing with initiatives across all LATAM offices, while also providing full logistical support for executive visits, leadership engagements, and other high-visibility business events.
* Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Working alongside the Associate Manager, Hospitality & Events Lead for the region, the Supervisor tracks event metrics, attendance, satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs, producing insights and ad-hoc reporting to guide improvements, support budget planning, and evaluate event impact; using data to continuously optimize processes and refine hospitality and event strategies.
* Operational Workload & Project Management: Plans and executes multiple events simultaneously, managing competing timelines and priorities while coordinating with internal teams and global partners to ensure flawless alignment and timely delivery. Will support additional Workplace Services projects as assigned by LATAM leadership.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years in event coordination or hospitality operations (corporate, hotel, agency, or tech environment), with strong background in operational execution.
* Vendor Management: Proven experience managing IFM vendors and onsite staffing daily operations.
* Strong customer service orientation and polished executive interaction skills.
* Communication & Storytelling: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory for effective regional and global communication.
* Experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and financial tracking.
* Proficiency in event tools (Social Tables, online registration platforms), MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Quip.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in deadline-driven environments.
* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to operations.
Mindset: A proactive, resourceful self-starter comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Thrives in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience navigating complex event production, AV, and hybrid/virtual tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, IBM Video, etc.).
* Proven adaptability, resilience, and operational agility.
* Experience at global, high-tech, or B2B corporate environment will be a plus.
* Experience with Workplace technology systems (CMMS/IWMS) also a plus.
* Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and operational challenges.
