We are seeking a VP, Employee Success Business Partners to inspire, develop and lead the team of Employee Success (ES) Business Partners supporting our teams in South EMEA. Reporting to the SVP Employee Success EMEA, you will drive a comprehensive talent strategy for the South EMEA OU, influence the execution of global strategies for regionally based global teams and contribute to location based strategies that drive a culture of engagement and equality. You will be the ES voice of the region for Salesforce internally and externally, ensuring a great balance of global alignment and regional impact.

The role is based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Set long range talent strategy and develop annual V2MOM for South EMEA region Employee Success

  • Influence Regional strategies and annual plans as part of the South Leadership Team

  • Drive individual and team effectiveness of the South LT

  • Inspire and develop the ESBP team while advancing the ESBP role and operating model

  • Align the ES COE’s to regional strategies and drive accountability and collaboration through effective processes and forums

  • Ensure the consistent delivery of global initiatives in region and give voice to regional nuances and needs

  • Lead priority Equality initiatives in region and partner with OOE to ensure high impact Equality Strategies are in place and championed by the business

  • Own various Regulatory and reputational decisions and actions with partnership from key Legal, Comp, PS&O and HRC partners. Lead a community of these partners to proactively plan and react

  • Partner with Communications and Employee Experience to drive culture and engagement aligned with talent strategies

  • Key partners:Regional ES COE leaders, ESBP peers, Finance, Legal, Comms/PR partners, Business leaders

Requirements:

  • Proven success leading teams in a high growth company (20+% YoY growth).

  • Experience building and growing a full ES BP function that includes both the org structure and support model at scale.

  • 20+ years of experience in ES (or Business Leadership) and Functional HR Expertise

  • Experience with ES organization as well as acquired organizations; and managing multiple business functions.

  • A successful track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed and fast growing organization.

  • 5+ years working in a Global/International environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Native/Fluent in Spanish and English
