Seeking the Industry's True Leadership Talent

Professional Services of Salesforce Customer Success Group Korea is seeking a Delivery Leader (Architect Track) to spearhead Salesforce’s innovative
Agentforce, AI CRM architecture and the highest standards of delivery excellence for the upcoming Agentic Enterprise Era. This is a pivotal leadership role that goes beyond project management; it is about setting the vision for enterprise digital transformation using the Salesforce platform and leading an elite team of architects to make that vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Delivery Leadership and Governance:

  • Total Ownership of Delivery: Strategically plan, execute, and govern the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs, ensuring maximum business value realization and alignment with the client's strategic goals.
  • Excellence in Execution: Define and enforce delivery frameworks, architectural governance, and quality standards to ensure best-in-class project success rates and predictability.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Proactively identify and resolve major risks and issues across the project lifecycle, while providing clear, impactful communication and executive-level reporting to C-suite and key stakeholders.

2. Enterprise Vision, Architecture & Business / Technical Authority:

  • Agentic Enterprise Leadership: Possess the business and technical vision, capacity, and readiness to guide customers into the new era of the Agentic Enterprise, realized through the integration of Humans with AI Agents.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Deeply analyze customer business requirements (such as CRM) and lead the design and approval of highly scalable and resilient enterprise architectures leveraging Top IT Solutions such as Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), Agentforce (AI Agent Platform), Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Communications, etc.), and Data Cloud/Mulesoft/Tableau/Slack.
  • Business and Technical Authority: Lead the team of Architects in defining complex integration strategies, data migration, security, and compliance frameworks. Serve as the ultimate Business and Technical Authority, resolving the most challenging technical roadblocks related to key business issues (including CRM).
  • Innovation Roadmap: Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce's latest initiatives, such as the Agentic Enterprise based on Agentforce, features, and product roadmap, translating technical capabilities into compelling, innovative visions and roadmaps for the client's future state.

3. Talent Development and Practice Scaling:

  • Architect Mentorship: Drive the coaching, mentoring, and career development of the Various Architect talent pool—including Business Transformation Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, etc.—within Salesforce Professional Services, cultivating the next generation of technical leaders and elevating the organization's overall architectural competency.
  • Salesforce Ohana and Corporate Values: Lead organization operations based on Salesforce’s reciprocal Ohana culture and core corporate values (Trust, Innovation, Equality, Customer Success, and Sustainability) to promote the mutual success of employees and customers.
  • High-Performance Culture: Actively contribute to attracting and recruiting the best talent, fostering a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • IP and Assets: Lead the development of industry best practices, reusable assets, and methodologies to increase organizational efficiency and expertise.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven Background: Demonstrated success and expertise stemming from either a Technical Architect or Business Architect career track, with a clear ability to bridge the gap between technical design and business strategy.
  • Minimum 13+ years of professional experience in IT and Consulting, with a proven track record of successful enterprise-level programs.
  • Core Platform Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and leading large-scale enterprise solution architecture (within the CRM domain, with Salesforce experience highly preferred).
  • OR Business Transformation Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and leading large-scale enterprise business transformation frameworks such as CRM or Digital Transformation, which directly impact the business bottom line.
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, managing overall project/program delivery and successfully leading teams of Architects, technical resources, or business strategists/transformation leaders.
  • Architectural Mastery: Possesses deep architectural knowledge and experience equivalent to a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • OR Business Transformation Mastery: Possesses deep expertise in leading large-scale Business Transformation Frameworks (e.g., CRM, Digital Transformation, Change Management for Innovative Growth), equivalent to the depth of knowledge required for a CTA, as demonstrated through prior achievement and impact.
  • AI and Digital Labor: Demonstrated experience and a strong philosophical orientation toward the future of work and the integration of AI Agents (Digital Labor) and automation into business processes and CRM solutions.
  • Complex Integration Expertise: Experience in establishing data strategy and managing complex system integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, etc.) for global or large-scale organizations.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage with C-level executives and translate complex technical topics into business value.
  • Delivery Methodology: Proficient in applying Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies in complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related discipline). However, candidates with a relevant Master's degree from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate the intellectual capacity and discipline to excel in this role.
  • Experience with Enterprise CRM Execution in line of business such as Sales, Marketing, and Service, Change Management for CRM, Salesforce CRM Solutions or any other CRM Solution.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS Solutions.
  • Experience with any Sort of Transformation Leadership - Digital, Sales, Marketing, Service, AX.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
