What You'll Do
- Drive product strategy for implementing AI solutions across Salesforce experiences, focusing on customer adoption, usability, and measurable business outcomes
- Translate AI capabilities into customer value by identifying the right use cases, designing intuitive experiences, and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows
- Lead rapid experimentation and iteration to validate AI implementations, gather customer feedback, and refine solutions based on real-world usage
- Partner across teams to integrate AI features into core Salesforce products, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Champion the agentic enterprise vision by implementing AI agents and automation that help customers work more efficiently and effectively
- Engage with customers and internal users to understand pain points, test AI solutions, and uncover new opportunities for AI implementation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, sales, customer success, and engineering to align on priorities and drive adoption
- Mentor and develop team members while growing your own leadership capabilities in a supportive, high-growth environment
- Represent our work to leadership and stakeholders with clear communication and strong business acumen
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in leadership or senior IC roles delivering digital products at scale
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business contexts, with experience implementing AI features or working with AI-powered products
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B products and understanding of how AI can enhance business workflows and user productivity
- Strong product execution skills: taking concepts from idea to implementation, iterating based on feedback, and scaling successful solutions
- Proven collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
- Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and translating insights into product improvements
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market feedback
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technical background preferred but not required)
