We're looking for a Product Manager who wants to accelerate their product career by helping transform how Salesforce and its customers work with cutting-edge technology. This role focuses on executing innovative solutions, learning from senior product leaders, and contributing to products that solve real customer problems.

What You'll Do
- Execute product initiatives alongside senior product leaders, contributing to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products
- Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and user stories that engineering and design teams can act on
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions efficiently
- Support rapid prototyping and experimentation, helping validate concepts through data analysis and customer feedback
- Assist with customer research and early adopter programs, gathering insights that inform product decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to team discussions
- Help maintain product roadmaps, write detailed product specifications, and track key success metrics
- Participate in user testing sessions and contribute to iterative product improvements
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product management at an enterprise or startup level
- Interest in or exposure to emerging technologies, data-driven products, or innovative technology platforms (hands-on experience preferred but not required)
- Strong execution mindset: ability to take direction and turn it into actionable plans that teams can execute
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Customer-focused approach with eagerness to learn how to gather and synthesize user insights
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or analytical discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on aggressive timelines
