What You'll Do

  • Executive Presentation Design: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand, distill, and visualize complex strategies. Design and craft compelling, clear, and visually stunning presentations and decks for internal and external audiences, including executive meetings, all-hands, and keynotes.

  • Information Design & Storytelling: Apply advanced information design principles to simplify complex data and narratives, creating clear, persuasive, and memorable visual stories.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with leaders from Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and unified vision from strategy through to execution.

  • Strategic Concept Visualization: Collaborate closely with strategists, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand complex ideas and translate them into intuitive, visually engaging slides, infographics, and diagrams.

  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual materials adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, professionalism, and a strong brand identity across all assets.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing extensive work in presentation design for corporate or executive environments.

  • Presentation Expertise: Proven expertise in advanced PowerPoint (or Google Slides/Keynote) functionalities, including master slides, animations, transitions, and embedding multimedia.

  • Graphic Design Prowess: Exceptional graphic design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.

  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to comprehend and visualize complex business strategies, market insights, and data-driven narratives.

  • Brand Experience: Strong experience in working with and upholding established brand guidelines for large organizations.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and receive constructive feedback.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work under tight deadlines.
