The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About You

You are a seasoned technical leader with multiple years of experience as an enterprise architect, guiding the design and delivery of complex, scalable, and resilient platforms in Fortune 500 environments. You have a strong background in ERP integration (including SAP and other large enterprise systems), application integration, and full lifecycle API management. You bring deep expertise in embedding AI/ML into enterprise platforms, including practical use of LLMs to drive intelligent developer experiences and enterprise automation. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable leading architecture review boards, mentoring senior architects, and engaging directly with customers to ensure adoption and success. Above all, you are passionate about applying AI to transform enterprise applications, building future-ready platforms that balance innovation, governance, and long-term business impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and platform architecture (SaaS, PaaS, or large-scale enterprise IT), including multiple years in senior architect roles with hands-on coding and system design background.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise architecture review boards and driving governance for complex global organizations, including responsibility for mandatory architecture processes.

  • Extensive ERP integration experience, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as legacy mainframe systems (e.g., COBOL, AS/400, Oracle Forms) and modern cloud-native stacks.

  • Demonstrated success in architecting AI-driven enterprise applications, including experience embedding AI/ML services and applying LLMs to production platforms.

  • Strong expertise in application integration, automation, and full lifecycle API management, with a track record of enabling platforms to seamlessly integrate diverse APIs.

  • Full stack development experience and proficiency across a wide range of programming languages and frameworks.

  • Experience delivering scalable, secure, and resilient multi-cloud architectures at production scale (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Flexibility with working hours to effectively align with global teams across multiple time zones.

  • Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance broad strategic vision and technical depth.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience mentoring and guiding large groups of senior architects and engineers, including leading large global teams of architects and aligning architectural strategy across regions.

  • Direct responsibility for multi-billion-dollar digital transformation programs at Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML-led architectural patterns such as intelligent workflow orchestration, adaptive API routing, real-time observability, and generative developer experiences.

  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure for intelligent platforms, including real-time event processing, large-scale data ingestion, and low-latency inference pipelines.

  • Strong executive-facing background, with proven ability to brief and advise CIO/CTO-level leadership and boards on strategic architecture decisions.

  • Recognized leadership track record in Fortune 500 or large-scale enterprises, with experience influencing executive-level technology decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build new global architecture organizations from scratch across multiple continents, including establishing new teams in global talent hubs and attracting top technical talent.

  • Proficiency across major European languages.

  • Passion for applied AI innovation in enterprise applications, with hands-on experience using LLMs to enhance developer productivity, automate integration, and optimize workflows.
