The Field Marketing Senior Analyst is a key contributor to Salesforce’s Public Sector portfolio, with a primary focus on Federal, National Security, and State & Local, while also supporting Education and Nonprofit. This role blends audience acquisition with third-party event execution to drive measurable impact. It will support the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events—Salesforce-led, industry, and third-party—ensuring they meet audience, engagement, and pipeline goals.

The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across stakeholders, and bring strong organizational skills to managing multiple, complex projects. By scaling best practices, toolkits, and ROI frameworks across regions, this position strengthens global alignment while supporting AMER-driven innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute Public Sector events with a strong focus on Federal, National Security, and State & Local, while also contributing to Education and Nonprofit programs.
  • Drive audience acquisition campaigns for public sector events, including registration strategies, tailored outreach content, and call-down programs to maximize attendance.
  • Support event logistics, vendor coordination, registration management, and onsite delivery across priority Public Sector programs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track registration, follow-up, and event-driven pipeline performance for Public Sector campaigns.
  • Create stakeholder decks, planning documents, and post-event summaries with ROI analysis tailored to Public Sector priorities.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams (creative services, interactive, ops) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Contribute to scaling event best practices, standardized processes, and toolkits across AMER and globally.
  • Ensure consistent Salesforce branding, messaging, and customer experience across all Public Sector event activations.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally within B2B or Public Sector.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple Public Sector projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

Hands-on event operations experience, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite delivery.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing platforms; Tableau or event tech a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across Sales, Field Marketing, and cross-functional partners.

Experience with event budgeting, reporting, and ROI measurement.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to travel domestically to support onsite Public Sector event execution.

Understanding of audience acquisition strategies and the pipeline impact of Public Sector events.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.
