We're looking for a self-starting Partner Marketing Digital Analyst- Marketing Programs to support digital and paid media marketing initiatives and program operations for our Co-Marketing Program and Market Development Funds (MDF) initiatives. These scale marketing programs are designed to help our partners grow their businesses with Saleforce. In this role, you will support digital marketing initiatives across our scale partner marketing programs.

Responsibilities:
Co-Marketing Program Digital Marketing Support
Assist in overseeing paid media campaigns, acting as a project manager with our external agency, providing crucial input on campaign strategy, and approving all copy and creative proofs before launch to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness.
Process quarterly Partner Co-Marketing Program applications, ensuring timely review and approval.
Coordinate the launch and ongoing management of sponsored placements on AppExchange, collaborating with internal teams and support partner’s questions to ensure optimal execution and experience.
Facilitate lead delivery to partners for joint lead generation campaigns, ensuring seamless and timely distribution of qualified leads.
Maintain and update program dashboards and project management tools to ensure accurate and real-time tracking of all initiatives.
Cross-Program Support
Serve as the primary contact for invoicing partner questions and ensure partners invoice in a timely manner, facilitating smooth financial transactions.
Manage the end-to-end process of campaign creation and lead tracking, aligning closely with Marketing Operations procedures to effectively monitor campaign performance.
Pull data from relevant program dashboards and gather it for weekly reporting.
Manage budget requests and systems to ensure precise financial operations.
Market Development Funds (MDF) Support
Establishing smooth processes and workflows for the program, owning technology updates and change management
Onboard partner suppliers for MDF, including verifying supplier accounts, billing addresses, and documentation
Create promotional copy for both internal and external comms and collaborating with the internal comms team to execute emails to drive applications
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in similar roles
English - Upper Intermediate level
Project management experience handling multiple projects and ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment, account management a plus.
Experience with deploying paid media campaigns
Ability to work with teams across multiple departments and coordinate efforts across multiple parties.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven accountability to execute through complexity
Track record of resilience.
Experience with big-picture program design, change management, and/or technology automation a plus.
