デモエンジニア(Demo Engineer) はソリューション統括本部に所属し、多種多様なお客様のニーズや課題を深く理解したうえで、ビジネス変革を実現するための魅力的なソリューションを、実現性の高いデモとして具現化する戦略的かつクリエイティブな役割を持つチームです。

業務範囲（Responsibilities）

お客様のビジネス変革を技術で実現するために、以下の業務を担当します。

・ソリューション・エンジニアと連携し、お客様の要望に基づいた Salesforce のソリューションの最適な組み合わせとカスタマイズ戦略を設計する。

・提案の競争力強化のため、Salesforce プラットフォームの最新技術(Lightning Web Component、Visualforce/Apex、Web、モバイルアプリ）を活用したプロトタイプ開発を行う。

・クラウドソリューションを活用した開発の専門家として、ソリューション・エンジニアの提案策定・アーキテクチャ検討を支援する。

・組織全体の生産性向上を支援するために、社内業務支援ツールや再利用可能な共通アセットを企画・開発・運用し、技術的な標準化を推進する。

・グローバル本社チームと連携し、国内外のベストプラクティスを相互に共有・展開するとともに、共同でのソリューション開発を推進する

業務例（Key Deliverables）

・Salesforce の新機能リリースに際し、技術的側面から詳細な事前調査を実施し、機能の訴求力を最大化するためお客様の利用シーンを想定したデモ環境を構築し、営業チームの提案力強化に貢献する。

・お客様の課題解決に特化したソリューションの検討のため、外部クラウドサービスと Salesforce との技術連携について調査・実装を行い、メリット/デメリットを明確化した上で推奨のアーキテクチャを提示する。

・お客様への提案において Salesforce の高い柔軟性をアピールするために、お客様環境（サイト）にデザイン・ユーザビリティを最適化した Agentforce のカスタム UI をデモとして構築し、受注確度向上に貢献する。

・提案活動を効率化・高度化するため、Salesforceの最新技術を活用した共通デモ基盤や業務支援ツールを企画・開発し、組織全体の生産性向上と提案力の底上げに貢献する。

必要な能力、スキル（Basic Requirements）

＜技術・ソリューション経験＞

・5年以上のWeb系システム開発実務経験（JavaScript, CSS, SQLなどフロントエンドからデータベースまでの幅広い経験）

・Java, C#, TypeScriptなど、オブジェクト指向プログラミング言語を用いた実務レベルの開発経験

・CRM関連業務（マーケティング、SFA、コンタクトセンター、EC等）におけるソリューション開発、またはコンサルティング経験

＜ビジネス・マインドセット＞

・お客様のビジネス変革を牽引するため、最新テクノロジーとソリューションに対する高い学習意欲と適応力

・複数の案件を並行して推進するためのマルチタスクでの処理能力、効率的な時間配分と合理的な優先順位付け能力

・よりよい提案実現のために、社内外の関連チームとの円滑な協議・調整を可能にするコミュニケーション能力

・流暢な日本語スキル、およびグローバル連携が可能なビジネスレベルの英語スキル

望ましい能力、スキル（Preferred Requirements）

・Salesforce製品（Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud等）に対する技術的な理解

・AI / Agent、データ分析、システム連携など、先進領域におけるソリューションの開発、あるいは提案経験

・Salesforce/AWS/Azure/GCP など主要クラウドプラットフォームを利用したソリューションの開発、あるいは提案経験

・CSS を用いた Web のブランディング、UI/UX設計などデザイン・ユーザビリティ関連の業務経験

・Web 系システムの開発におけるシステムアーキテクチャ策定経験

・英語を用いたグローバルチームとの技術的な連携・協業経験
