Role Description


You will be responsible for technical leadership of the Revenue Commerce Service team and fostering an environment of innovation in AI human work environment.

We are looking for a talented, self-directed, technical leader to support software engineers on the DET Revenue Commerce Services Engineering team. This is an amazing opportunity to make an impact while partnering with some of Salesforce’s most mission driven teams. Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of solutions across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and related enterprise platforms.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.

  • Ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality standards, and performance optimization techniques to enhance overall engineering efficiency.

  • Analyze technical and functional requirements, estimate effort, and assess feasibility to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • Drive engineering innovation, continuously evolving tools, frameworks, and best practices across the team.

  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences.

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance on system design, coding practices, and career development.

  • Rapidly learn and adopt emerging technologies, especially in the AI/ML space, and lead the team in evaluating and integrating AI capabilities into platforms and workflows.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, enabling the team to stay current with trends in AI, automation, and enterprise tech.

Must Haves

  • 10+ years in full-stack OOP development, with strong expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft.

  • 5+ years of technical leadership designing and developing complex solutions

  • Strong ability to lead agile teams, motivate, and inspire engineers in dynamic environments

  • Excellent written and oral communication across business and technical teams

  • Proven track record of driving timely, successful delivery completion

  • Skilled at making data-driven decisions under multiple or conflicting constraints

  • Anticipates future technical needs, learn and lead adoption of new technologies

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with creative, practical solutions to complex challenges

  • Preference to understanding eCommerce domain, Webstore B2C and Subscription Management applications

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Apex, Lightning WC, Mulesoft, and the Salesforce.com APIs

  • Experience with AI developer productivity tools Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer

  • Experience with web application development including HTML, CSS, and Javascript

  • Experience with Python, NodeJS, Heroku, Amazon Web Services
