We empower our Sales, Solutions & Leaders with skills, process, product knowledge, and industry insights through hands-on training and world-class content. Through global initiatives, peer learning, and partnerships, we drive learning excellence.
About the Role:
This dynamic, action-oriented team is looking for an organized, hands-on Partner Enablement Practitioner (PEP) with a passion for training, to enable & support our Salesforce partners on reseller & implementation processes and best practices. This role will also play a critical role in empowering partners with the knowledge, tools, and processes to deliver successful customer implementations, ensuring seamless project execution and timely handovers.
Main ResponsibilitiesReseller Enablement on Prospecting Best Practices, Product positioning, Negotiation, Selling Conversations, Mutual Success Plans, Salesforce advantage, Salesforce elevator pitch
Collaborate with Alliances and Channels teams to operationalise & execute the Enablement programs for partners.
Adapt existing global training content to address regional nuances, including tool intricacies, and market dynamics.
Orchestrate and lead workshops that leverage implementation frameworks and best practices.
Manage enablement logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Leverage Subject matter expert communities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Partner ogranisations.
Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions focused on Salesforce implementation best practices, project management, and process adherence.
Facilitate workshops and simulations to help partners master seamless project execution, including customer handovers and go-live readiness.
Enable partners to effectively manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency across implementations.
Tailor global training content to address the unique needs of India-based implementation partners.
Build strong relationships, network & collaborate across internal teams, including Alliances & Channels, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to ensure a seamless partner enablement experience.
Track and analyze partner enablement impact metrics across pre defined parameters.
Use insights to refine enablement programs and drive continuous improvement in partner outcomes.
Provide targeted training on leveraging AI-driven insights for better project execution and customer success.
Ensure consistent communication and alignment with partners through effective use of tools and processes.
Target Skills/ExperienceA minimum of 8-10 years experience with Product implementation and/or experience in a related Partner Enablement Role.
Experience in designing, delivering & facilitating virtual and in-person enablement sessions preferably with Partner Enablement.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce products, implementation methodologies, and partner ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of project management principles including Agile and Waterfall methodologies is recommended.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt content to different partner roles and skill levels.
Knowledge of AI-driven tools and their application in process optimization and partner success.
