As Experienced Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Mid-Market and French Regional Territories, working in close alignment with Sales, Partners, Product, and Global Marketing teams. Your mission: fuel marketing growth, generate high-quality marketing driven pipeline, and increase brand relevance in Paris for Mid-Markets as well as outside of Paris - in regional territories all across France.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the marketing plan for the Mid-Market and regional segments, aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
Act as a strategic and confident marketing partner to senior sales leaders, bringing strong business acumen to influence our go-to-market strategy and challenge assumptions when needed.
Design and execute demand generation campaigns to accelerate acquisition and conversion across target accounts and big bets for Mid-Markets and regions.
Build localised marketing programs that resonate with regional economic ecosystems (especially Lille, Nantes, Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseille)
Adapt core messaging to the mid-market segment and also to the audience in regions, using local customer stories, vertical insights, and regional proof points.
Partner with regional sales leaders to support field events, brand content, digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) and campaign execution.
Co-create joint marketing initiatives with local system integrators, ISVs, and channel partners.
Track and report campaign performance, Marketing driven pipeline contribution, and ROI
Optimise Marketing Plan in accordance with insights provided by data, analytics and feedback from senior leadership team
Willing to travel regularly to key French regions to physically operate and deliver against the Marketing Plan while staying connected to local markets and teams.
Personal attributes:
Experienced - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Strong Marketer - Proven track record of successful field marketing or segment marketing experience, ideally with a regional or mid-market focus.
Grounded in the Regions beyond Paris - Deep knowledge of the French business landscape, including key economic hubs outside of Paris
Independent, self-motivated, and Team Spirited - Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical Expert - Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, and performance tracking tools.
Collaborative and creative - Comfortable working in a matrix environment, with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Bilingual: Fluent in French and English
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
