  • Develop communications for acquired employees to support the employee experience across the integration and change journey
  • Manage M&A communication resources and processes including the communications library, content calendar, governance, and playbook
  • Write, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and deliver thoughtful communications and presentations that align integration priorities and acquired employee needs (communication vehicles include: Slack posts, Slack bots, blog posts, weekly newsletters, and emails)
  • Edit supplemental content for employees, including FAQs and training guides
  • Strategize presentations that bring our M&A comms approach to life and reflect our unique Salesforce culture
  • Ensure consistent implementation of our brand and style guidelines
  • Manage and evolve M&A communications KPIs by tracking engagement metrics, leveraging insights to inform content
  • Bring forth and develop content ideas that support all Salesforce employees and overall business objectives

Requirement:

  • Background in M&A and HR communications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Can navigate through ambiguity

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud or other email technology, and Slack
  • Experience with email metrics and/or data analytics
  • A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Marketing-related specialties
