Department Description
Business Transformation Consultants (Business Architects) are consultants who support customer business transformation through paid services aimed at Customer Success. BAs work with clients to identify visions, strategies (customer-facing areas), business challenges, and operational challenges, then design a transformation vision and navigate the client's transformation journey in collaboration with multi-functional teams. The target areas are customer-facing business domains, primarily focusing on marketing, sales, customer service, and the overall customer-facing domain (within the scope of The Model) for business transformation.
Salesforce is a core tool for customer-facing strategies, so implementing Salesforce requires setting visions, customer-facing strategies, and business designs, which are upstream parts of business strategy, as Key Success Factors (KSFs). Therefore, the tasks supported by these BAs are inseparable from Salesforce and invariably occur with its implementation.
Role Description
Delivery of business consulting services such as business grand design, DX and/or AX grand design, DX and/or AX promotion support, business definition/design, KPI design, organization design, organization building support, business deployment, and business stabilization.
For delivery, materialize measures from a large roadmap and support customer success together with the customer.
Design and present concrete prototypes and demos to customers in collaboration with other architects (IT architects) beyond BAs for Salesforce delivery.
Your Impact
Strong candidates for BA must have a strong commitment to customer success, be able to communicate business challenges with customer executives and on-site management from a high perspective, demonstrate creative ideas, and formulate and execute solutions. Furthermore, they must be proactive, maintain teamwork, and always take ownership in leading transformation.
Basic Requirements
Over 5 years of business consulting experience.
Excellent communication skills, client management skills, presentation skills, autonomous problem-solving ability, creative and proactive thinking, and flexible environmental adaptability.
Excellent documentation skills. Especially the ability to create consulting documents (both skill and speed) that can be explained to customers using tools like MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
