As a Lead Specialist SE, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers. You’ll blend deep industry insight with technical expertise to design solutions that unlock business value and transform the way our customers connect with their customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive full-cycle solution engagement by partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to solve complex, business-critical challenges.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand unique business needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Design and deliver compelling demos and solution concepts that connect Salesforce capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
  • Serve as an industry expert, bringing thought leadership and a deep understanding of customer domains to shape solution narratives.
  • Support pipeline generation activities, including marketing events, workshops, and executive briefings tailored to specific industries.
  • Craft custom proposals and respond to RFPs, aligning business and technical requirements into cohesive value propositions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to bring innovation to every customer conversation.
  • Mentor junior SEs and contribute to the SE community, fostering a learning-oriented and inclusive culture.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by participating in enablement programs, certifications, and internal innovation forums.

What makes you successful

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise software consulting, or digital transformation roles, ideally in SaaS or cloud platforms.
  • A natural storyteller and communicator, with strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles, from C-level to IT to line of business leaders.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and customer success—you love puzzles, prototyping, and building solutions that stick.
  • Deep interest in AI, data, automation, and how they’re reshaping industries and work.
  • Strong collaboration and time management skills—you lead with empathy and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
  • Bonus: Industry vertical experience (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare) and hands-on familiarity with Salesforce technologies.
