About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Product to strategically lead and expand Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and critical retrieval use cases across Salesforce's Data Cloud and Agentforce. This role is about pioneering how customers leverage structured and unstructured data to power intelligent agents and transformative experiences at scale.
As a senior product leader, you'll be a pivotal influencer, driving deep collaboration across engineering, UX, GTM, forward development, and key customers. Your strategic vision and execution will directly fuel significant ACV and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Vision & Leadership: Define and own the multi-year product vision for RAG and advanced retrieval, aligning with Salesforce's Platform, AI, and Data Cloud initiatives. Drive innovation from concept to market leadership.

  • Portfolio Ownership & Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for an expanding portfolio of RAG and retrieval features, from market analysis and requirements to successful adoption at scale.

  • Cross-Organizational Influence: Orchestrate complex cross-functional planning and execution, partnering deeply with engineering, UX, data science, and other product teams globally.

  • Customer & Market Dominance: Act as a thought leader in the RAG and retrieval space. Translate customer needs and competitive insights into a compelling roadmap. Cultivate deep C-level customer relationships.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Evangelism: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies. Champion RAG and retrieval capabilities internally and externally, participating in industry events and advisory boards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with a track record of defining, delivering, and scaling highly successful enterprise software products.

  • Deep domain expertise in search, information retrieval, NLP, and especially RAG technologies.

  • Proven ability to define and execute complex multi-year product roadmaps, translating cutting-edge technical concepts into impactful solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives and diverse global audiences.

  • Strong analytical acumen and a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience with SaaS enterprise product management, particularly in data platforms or AI/ML products.

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products.

  • Experience leading and collaborating with global, matrixed teams, and engaging with senior-level customer stakeholders.
