The Global Seller Experience Change Management (GSX-CM) team is looking for a Sr. Change Manager to join our group within the Global Business Growth and Automation (GBGA) function. We work closely with cross-functional Delivery Domains, Business Technology, and L2C business stakeholders at Salesforce to execute strategic change management and organizational change initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that technology solutions effectively address pain points for Sellers and Operators, improving their overall experience and driving adoption.
As a Global L2C Change Management and Adoption - Senior Manager for our Enterprise Change Programs, you will lead and coordinate the people side of change for various organizational initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth adoption of technology solutions that address the pain points of Sellers and Operators, ultimately improving their experience. This will involve gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback to continuously refine change initiatives and drive greater user engagement across the organization.

Act as a hands-on contributor, responsible for individual deliverables, in addition, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-level change programs supporting high-impact initiatives such as pricing model shifts, new product launches internally, GTM realignments, and revenue process optimization, ensuring minimal disruption to users and customer-facing teams.
Translate evolving business and product requirements into comprehensive change impact assessments, guiding cross-functional alignment across Sales, Renewals, CS, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
Cultivate strong partnerships with global stakeholders, including Sales, L2C Operations leaders and Product Engineering, to ensure change strategies reflect both internal objectives and customer experience implications.
Lead cross-functional alignment by engaging executive sponsors, mobilizing change champions, to drive strategic adoption and long-term change sustainability.
Design and execute scalable change management strategies that maximize ROI and accelerate adoption of new platforms, policies, and processes critical to support growth and efficiency.
Partner with PMO, RevOps, and GTM teams to embed change management into end-to-end program delivery.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to uncover trends, experience gaps, and improvement opportunities across tools, processes, and enablement.
Leverage feedback from Distribution Org, L2C Operators, Product and GTM leaders to assess adoption, optimize engagement, and continuously refine tactics in line with Change best practices and user-centric design.
Provide executive-level visibility through regular reporting on change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and risk mitigation, acting as a trusted advisor to senior program leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide clear direction, ongoing coaching, and career development opportunities that elevate both individual and team performance.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
10+ Experience leading project teams and organizational change workstreams
Knowledge of Agile principles and philosophies (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable)
Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to clearly diagnose and articulate a business problem and provide effective organizational change recommendations
Excellent interpersonal abilities that tailor seamlessly to appropriate audiences (i.e., managers, employees, HR Business Partners, etc.)
Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)
Ability to multi-task across workstreams as needed and prioritize tasks based on defined program goals and achievements
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization
Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure the impact of change and engagement programs at scale
