Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager Information Security in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Work on various customer-facing activities ensuring customer understanding and acceptance of the security controls and processes. Host and lead complex customer security reviews from Salesforce customers and prospect customers in the AMER/LACA region. Present security and compliance related topics to customers at the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) as well as via conference calls. Assist the Legal organization to negotiate security and compliance language for Master Services Agreements. Provide directions to Sales on customer security questionnaires. Publish and maintain customer facing security and compliance documents and white papers. Provide inputs to the product management and engineering organizations with customer generated requests. Provide security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations (Customer Success Group, Sales Engineering, etc.). Drive process improvement via leveraging the SFDC platform. Develop in-depth expertise in Salesforce Trusted Services, particularly Salesforce Shield offerings such as Security Center and Privacy Center tools. Showcase demos of these services and address queries regarding their underlying functionality to ensure the security and privacy of our customer's data. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Security Governance; (2) Risk and Compliance; (3) SOX; (4) SOC; (5) ISO; (6) HIPAA Audits; (7) risk assessments; (8) NIST; (9) COBIT; (10) IAM; (11) Security controls; (12) system infrastructure; (13) data governance. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $184,000.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.
