About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our Early in Career Sales Development & Solution Engineer team. This is an ideal role for a top-performing Account Executive or Solution Engineer who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll be responsible for leading and coaching a team of early-in-career Sales and Solution Engineering talent, aligning closely with Sales and Solution Engineering Stakeholders to deliver impact to their business from a KPI performance and talent perspective.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach and mentor a team of 8-12 graduates who are embarking on a career in Sales or Solution Engineering
Monitor daily activity metrics and performance KPIs
Conduct regular 1:1s and coaching sessions to develop their Sales and Solution Engineering skills
Work with Subject Matter Experts from across Enablement, Sales, Sales Development and Solution Engineering to deliver and evolve our early in career curriculum
Implement and refine our productivity tools and processes, ensuring we are optimizing AI and Agents
Work closely with our Recruitment Team to recruit the Top Sales and Solution Engineering Talent from across EMEA
Lead our Innovation, Culture, Operational Excellence and Alignment Pillar Projects
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Sales or Solution Engineering Role
A passion for coaching and helping others succeed
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and energize others
Prior team lead, mentoring, or unofficial leadership experience is a plus
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
Growth mindset with an eagerness to learn and improve
