We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for training to join our Global Sales Skills Training team as a Sales Skills Trainer Associate Analyst. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the world of enablement and sales training. The ideal candidate is comfortable producing and delivering high-quality training both virtually and in person, and will frequently co-facilitate with an experienced Skills Trainer. Prior experience in sales—particularly in SaaS or B2B environments—is a strong plus and will help bring real-world insight to the training experience.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and produce training sessions for Account Executives, Sales Leaders and Sales Development Representatives focusing on topics such as advanced sales prospecting techniques, impactful executive communications, customer-centric discovery methodologies, and do-my-job training sessions.
Facilitate and produce engaging training activities and assessments to strengthen and evaluate participants' knowledge and application of topics.
Reinforce learning requirements so participants are clear on key milestones ranging from prework, class times, show-you-knows assessments, and certification requirements
Knowledgeable of effective learning strategies to most effectively enable field resources
Manage delivery projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.
Demonstrate confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Be comfortable with change and ambiguity, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
Act as a self-starter, showing initiative and ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
Communicate effectively across various stakeholders and teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1+ years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
Good interpersonal skills; capable of addressing business issues and contributing to solutions.
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Energetic and able to engage an audience.
Some exposure to sales experience or familiarity with sales processes.
European languages is a plus, in particular French, Spanish or German.
