What You’ll Be Doing
As a Tableau Specialist Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving adoption and growth of Tableau products within [target market segment – e.g., Enterprise, SMB, Vertical] through consultative, high-impact sales engagements. You’ll manage the full sales cycle and partner closely with Salesforce teams, solution engineers, and ecosystem stakeholders to help organizations unlock the power of their data.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute a territory or segment sales plan, aligned with business goals.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business while growing existing customer relationships.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based conversations to both business and technical audiences.
• Manage a dynamic pipeline with a high volume of simultaneous opportunities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce core AEs and partners to execute multi-threaded account strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate resources across the sales cycle (e.g., pre-sales, customer success, marketing).
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Participate in internal planning, training, and customer success initiatives.
• Travel to customer sites and events as required.

Who You Are
• Experienced Seller: 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably SaaS, analytics, or data platforms. Proven success in closing deals and meeting quotas.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Passionate about helping customers use data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Technically Curious: Quick learner with interest in analytics, cloud, data integration, and business intelligence.
• Customer Obsessed: Excellent listening skills, high empathy, and a consultative sales approach.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Effective Communicator: Fluent in verbal and written English; able to influence C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Team Player & Recruiter: Embodies the Tableau culture of collaboration and is always on the lookout for future company builders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling Tableau, Salesforce, or other BI/analytics solutions.
• Understanding of data architecture, cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and digital transformation journeys.
• Familiarity with the LATAM market and regional business practices.
• Industry knowledge (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing) is a plus.
