This role is on the Recruiting Analytics, Competitive Intelligence & Operations team and provides support for Salesforce acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will bring recruiting and consultative expertise to support our M&A work stream.

The M&A work stream support focuses specifically on one or more areas such as: integration communications, reporting, scenario planning, maintaining Recruiting M&A playbooks and project management of Functional Recruiting COE (Center of Excellence) activities. Functional Recruiting COE activities include: Recruiting data management, Recruiting organization design, job mapping, employment packages, employee onboarding, and enablement. The Senior Analyst will be measured on how successfully they are able to track and support Functional COE’s work and drive to M&A integration/deal deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Tracking: Act as support in tracking delivery against work stream objectives/risks/specifications while continually identifying new opportunities for improvement

  • Implement Project Plan: Catalog and organize project plans, weekly status reports and management reports while leveraging (and updating) Salesforce’s Recruiting M&A playbooks in collaboration with the Program Manager

  • Communicate Project Plan: Work with the Program Manager to set a common understanding of expectations in accordance with the project plan to align stakeholders and team members. Document the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project

  • Develop Partnerships: Facilitate strong partnerships across Recruiting and our ES M&A partners to ensure consistency of communication and visibility to elevate M&A recruiting initiatives to stakeholders across the organization

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in program/project management or operations preferred

  • 3-4 years experience in recruiting required

  • Highly skilled in standard spreadsheet, presentation and collaboration tools, including Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and organization skills, coupled with demonstrated experience in time-management and ability to influence

  • Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes

  • A creative mindset to get things done effectively and efficiently

  • Strong Workday ATS experience preferred

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
