We’re looking for exceptional candidates to join our Solution Engineering team within Salesforce for Nonprofits.
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers across EMEA — demonstrating Salesforce’s power, shaping go-to-market strategies, and creating assets to support the broader team. You'll uncover customer needs, map them to Salesforce solutions, and help lead account teams to drive opportunities to success.
Deliver customized, story-driven demos that highlight business value and solution advantages.
Research and develop technical perspectives aligned with industry trends and customer goals.
Present Salesforce value and benefits to both technical and executive audiences.Support customer-facing events to help drive pipeline growth, marketing activities and deliver customer innovation presentations.
Complete training and certifications to stay current and effective.
Set and achieve quarterly and annual goals with your manager.
Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Support RFP/RFI processes by coordinating responses and contributing to executive summaries.
Required Experience:

The ideal candidate has a background and passion in non-profit management and operational roles, salesforce technology and/or enterprise technology sales.
Salesforce platform experience (pre-sales, implementation, or post-sales) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
Skilled at solving business and technical problems across all levels. Naturally curious, problem-solver, quick learner, and highly self-motivated.
Strong critical thinking, strategic vision, and communication skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Clouds, AI, Agentforce
Salesforce certifications; Admin 201 and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications
Pre-sales selling, consulting or professional services experience.
Languages: French and / or Spanish strongly preferred.
