Named Account Executive – Enterprise Retail, Fashion Retailers, UK

Salesforce is redefining how the world’s leading fashion and retail brands connect with their customers. As digital transformation accelerates, retailers need intelligent, connected experiences powered by data, AI, and automation. That’s where we come in—and where you will too.

We’re looking for a seasoned Named Account Executive to join our UK Retail Vertical team, covering a strategic territory of three major fashion retailers. These are high-value accounts with existing Salesforce investment and significant untapped potential. You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and expansion within some of the most well-known retail names in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead growth and strategic expansion across a defined set of enterprise fashion retail accounts.

  • Develop and execute robust account plans to uncover new opportunities, build pipeline, and close high-value deals.

  • Partner with senior executives across digital, IT, and business functions to understand their transformation goals and align Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal experts including Solution Engineers, Industry Advisors, and Customer Success to craft tailored, impactful proposals.

  • Navigate complex deal cycles with a clear focus on value, differentiation, and long-term partnership.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, challenges, and opportunities within fashion and broader retail, using this insight to inform your sales strategy.

  • Deliver results in a focused, high-impact role with strong visibility across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or digital transformation.

  • Deep understanding of the retail industry, with preference for those who have sold into fashion or consumer-facing brands.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders across large organisations.

  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.

  • Results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about driving meaningful outcomes for customers.

Why Salesforce?

  • Iconic Accounts – You’ll be working with some of the UK’s most recognisable fashion brands.

  • Enterprise Scope – A focused, high-value territory where you can make a real impact.

  • Supportive Team – Access to world-class sales engineering, industry experts, and enablement resources.

  • Career Growth – Opportunities to grow within one of the world’s most admired companies.
