Named Account Executive – Mid-Market, Sweden

Your Role: Drive Transformation with Sweden’s Mid-Market Leaders

As a Named Account Executive, you will:

  • Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts (the largest SMEs just below Enterprise level)

  • Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to close

  • Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for your territory

  • Use a consultative, value-based selling approach to uncover customer needs and co-create strategic solutions

  • Build and deepen trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing) to drive pipeline and customer success

  • Represent Salesforce at industry events, customer meetings, and networking forums

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software

  • Experience managing full sales cycles and consistently achieving (or exceeding) targets

  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at multiple levels

  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and helping customers transform

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Right to work in Sweden

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus
