職務内容

■ プログラムマネジメント

  • グローバル施策や新たな取り組みの意図を正確に把握し、日本市場に適用・展開するプログラムを設計・推進
  • 必要な情報の自律的な収集と分析、ローカル・グローバルを横断する関係者との調整
  • 関連部門・チームの巻き込み、スケジュール管理、課題管理を含めた、エンドツーエンドでのプログラム運営
  • 成果に対する振り返り・改善サイクルの実行

■ オペレーションの改善

  • データドリブンな業務改善施策の立案と推進
  • プロセスの効率化・標準化、KPIの可視化・分析
  • 顧客体験の一貫性・再現性の向上

■ 顧客エンゲージメントの促進

  • 顧客向け支援メニューの利用促進の取り組みの企画・運営
  • ユーザーグループ、ウェビナー等のマス向けイベント企画・運営と参加促進
  • 顧客属性に応じた情報発信と最適なコミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行

■ デジタルコンテンツの企画・開発・改善

  • Success Navi、メール、動画、ウェビナーなどを通じたコンテンツ戦略の立案・実行
  • 顧客ニーズに合致した高品質コンテンツの制作と改善サイクルの実践

■ AgentforceおよびAIの活用推進

  • AgentforceやAI技術を用いた業務最適化・顧客接点の高度化
  • ナレッジの整理・体系化・活用促進
