Salesforce Inc. seeks Business Value Services Senior Manager in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Educate customers on the ways in which Salesforce’s proprietary MuleSoft platform can deliver value to their businesses relying on a special knowledge of Salesforce’s Mulesoft products as well as Salesforce’s processes and procedures. Work on significant assignments with Salesforce’s largest customers and prospects, where their technology landscapes are immensely complex. Use specialized knowledge of Salesforce’s products to execute collaborative value assessments with key strategic accounts. Compellingly articulate the value of Salesforce’s proprietary technical offerings and value for the customer. Serve as a strategic partner for account teams, using specialized knowledge of Salesforce products to inform and influence account strategy and success plans. Support deal engineering, proposal build, and negotiation. Engage on large strategic deals and support negotiations with customers and procurement organizations by building presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of Salesforce’s products. Coordinate and lead business strategy discussions with the most strategic accounts. Provide thought leadership, training, and consultative partnering with internal sales and other cross-functional customer-facing teams throughout the sales cycle. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Managerial Economics, Engineering (any field), Business Administration (MBA), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Managerial Economics, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Technology value selling, financial analysis, or management consulting (4 years); (2) MuleSoft; (3) Salesforce Org62; (4) SaaS commercial strategy and business development (1 year); (5) Sales strategy; (6) Business process improvement; (7) Project management; (8) Contract negotiation. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.

Salary: $152,859.00 - $200,270.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $200,270.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
