Your work will be essential in driving smart automation, extracting hidden insights from content, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

If you’re passionate about driving data-driven innovation and making a meaningful impact by empowering companies to unlock and harness their enterprise knowledge through AI, we’d love to hear from you.

    Required Skills / Experience:

    • In-depth understanding of the internals and ecosystem of at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Java).

    • Comfortable with troubleshooting complex systems and debugging issues in production environments, with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability.

    • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

    Preferred Skills / Experience:

    • Experience managing Kubernetes environments.

    • Background in security best practices, and secure API design.

    • Specific experience with Go for backend development.

    • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

    • Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, and comfortable working with messaging frameworks like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
