Our Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Commerce Cloud and Order Management solutions. You will build positive, trusted relationships with both essential team members and decision-makers within your patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
- Develop and implement successful sales campaigns for Commerce Cloud and Order Management across our install base, prospects and whitespace territories.
- Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others in qualifying leads & sales opportunities thoroughly.
- Leverage business from new & established relationships.
- Strategize, negotiate & close business.
- Understand the commercial aspects of the Commerce Cloud and Order Management solutions.
- Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their businesses.
- Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Commerce Cloud and Order Management opportunities.
- Be customer-facing as required.
- Several relevant years of experience as a value-seller - ideally with domain experience within the digital commerce space.
- Ability to amplify the Commerce Cloud message and multiply the message across all key stakeholders whether internal or external.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Committed to continuous learning.
- Curious - always asking why.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal plus external stakeholders to drive the best outcome for the customer and Salesforce.
- Enjoy developing a strategy and bringing everyone along on the journey. Ability to execute on that strategy.

- Fabulous negotiation and collaboration skills.

- Domestic Travel may be required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Public speaking / on-stage presentation skills; storytelling.
- Enjoy working with customers and taking them on the Salesforce Customer Journey.
- Fluent in Norwegian & English and Right to work in Norway.
